My Curated Resources for Healing & Growth

This is a collection of tools, resources, and things I’ve come across along my path that have genuinely helped me. You’ll find apps, websites, podcasts, videos, playlists, and other resources across astrology, human design, energy work, and different parts of spirituality.

Everything here is something I’ve personally used and continue to come back to.

There are no affiliate links, and I don’t receive any compensation for sharing these — they’re simply tools I trust and wanted to share with you.

Time Passages (Astrology App)

The main app I use to read natal (birth) charts. It’s simple,  and accurate, Best for those who want to go deeper and truly understand astrology beyond surface-level interpretations. You can get a Free Natal Chart and start exploring your astrology.

Astroline (Astrology App)

A more visual interactive app style way to stay connected to your chart and current transits. This is good if you just want the details more spoon fed to you but you'll want to use the paid version. I would get your free chart from Time Passages since they ask for AM and PM time. Astroline only gets more time specific in their paid version.

AstroClick Travel (Astrocartography Tool)
A really interesting way to explore how different places around the world connect with your chart. I’ve found this helpful for understanding where you may feel more aligned or supported based on your energy.

Astrology for Beginners by Stephanie Kate Boucher (Podcast)

A really approachable way to start understanding astrology. I’ve found this especially helpful for learning the foundations in a way that actually clicks.

Astrology

Beyond the Veil by Candice Marie (Podcast) A detailed look at current astrology, shared a few times a week. I think of this as astrology like the weather — something you can check in with regularly. I also love that you can go directly to your sun or rising sign to focus on what’s most relevant for you.

How to Read the Akashic Records by Linda Howe (Book)
A foundational introduction to the Akashic Records and the Pathway Prayer Process®. I found this especially helpful for understanding how to access the Records in a more structured and grounded way.

Amy Belair — Third Eye Awakening & The Living Oracle (Podcasts)
Amy is incredibly on point — she often speaks to the same insights and downloads I receive, and has a powerful way of putting the spiritual into words while still keeping it real. She hosts two podcasts, Third Eye Awakening and Living Oracle, where she shares regular energy reports and intuitive guidance on what’s unfolding both personally and collectively. I’ve found her work deeply supportive, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with her one-on-one and within one of her containers. I would describe her as an Akashic Records Master and a True Living Oracle.

My Human Design by Jenna Zoe (Human Design Tool)
A really accessible and intuitive way to explore your Human Design. You can create your free human design chart, and I’ve found this helpful for understanding how you’re uniquely designed to operate — especially in how you use your energy, make decisions, and move through your life. She has paid tools as well including her app that can be really helpful if you want to take a deep dive into your human design and you do charts for friends, family, and clients.

The Human Design Podcast by Emma Dunwoody (Podcast)
A really grounded and practical way to understand Human Design and how it applies to your everyday life. I’ve found this especially helpful for learning how to work with your energy, make decisions, and actually integrate Human Design in a real and usable way.

Reiki Self-Treatment (Guided Practice)
I used this daily during my first 21 days of self-healing as I stepped into my path as a Reiki Master, and I still come back to it regularly. I’ve found it incredibly supportive for my nervous system. I would practice with the door open, letting distractions be there without needing to control them — which helped me learn to stay grounded no matter the environment.

Reiki Symbols (Guided Reference)
A helpful visual reference for drawing Reiki symbols. This can be a supportive tool if you’ve already been attuned and are looking to deepen your familiarity and connection with them.

Animal Reiki Source by Kathleen Prasad (Training & Resources)
I really value the work Kathleen does through Animal Reiki Source, especially her “Let Animals Lead®” method. Her approach deeply respects the animal’s autonomy and sensitivity, which aligns with how I believe this work should be done. I also love her newsletter and the research she shares supporting the effectiveness of Reiki for animals.

Reiki Healing Playlists (30 & 60 Minute Sessions)
These are playlists I created for my own Reiki practice that I still use regularly. I’ve found it really helpful to return to the same playlist for meditation — there’s something about the familiarity that allows the mind to settle more easily — while also leaving space to explore something new when it feels right.
