By registering for and participating in a Moon Circle at Animal Energetics & Akashic Guidance with Lesley, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Moon Circle gatherings take place outdoors on a private animal sanctuary located on privately owned property. This is not a public facility, and attendance is by invitation, registration, or approved participation only.

The sanctuary is home to a variety of animals, including but not limited to horses, goats, pigs, chickens, and other farm animals. You understand that being on a natural property and around animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven ground, grass, dirt, tree roots, holes, mud, slippery surfaces, insects, wildlife, weather conditions, open fire, smoke, and unpredictable animal behavior.

You understand that the event takes place outdoors and may involve walking on uneven terrain. Access to restroom facilities requires the use of stairs. By attending, you acknowledge these conditions and accept responsibility for determining whether participation is appropriate for your personal physical abilities and limitations.

You agree to move mindfully, wear appropriate footwear, follow all instructions provided during the gathering, including fire safety guidelines, and treat the animals, land, facilities, and fellow participants with respect. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety, well-being, and personal belongings while on the property.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending this event and release, waive, and hold harmless Animal Energetics & Akashic Guidance with Lesley, the property owners, and any agents, representatives, volunteers, or affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising from your presence on the property or participation in the event.

Moon Circle gatherings may include meditation, Astrology, ritual, energy work, Reiki, sound healing, movement, reflection, discussion, or other spiritual and wellness practices. These offerings are intended to support personal growth, connection, and well-being and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice or care.

The sanctuary location is private and intended only for registered participants. Please do not share the address, directions, or event details without permission.

Privacy & Confidentiality

To honor the sacred nature of our Moon Circle, participants agree to respect the privacy of all women in attendance. Personal stories, experiences, insights, and discussions shared within the circle are intended to remain confidential and should not be shared outside of the gathering without the express permission of the individual involved.

Photography, video recording, audio recording, livestreaming, and social media posting during the Moon Circle are not permitted unless specifically approved by Lesley. We invite each woman to be fully present and trust that what is shared within the circle remains within the circle.

By registering for and attending a Moon Circle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
